Happiness is a wonderful feeling...

I am not happy just because of a guy in my life. :) I mean, that is DEFINITELY a great perk. I'm happy because I do my best to live the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

This Sunday was such a great day. It was fast Sunday and the Spirit was just so strong during the testimony meeting. I felt full with gratitude for my blessings, my friends, family, the Gospel, my job, etc. Sunday night Josh (the second one from the previous post) came down and we went to the fireside by President Uchtdorf. It was sooo great. I love the feeling of joy and comfort and peace from the Spirit.

Now--the good, great, wonderful news. I have a boyfriend. :)

Last night Josh and I went to play volleyball on BYU campus. It was fun... for the 30 minutes we were there....there was this kid that I was playing next to who was just a spaz volleyball player. Seriously, the kid just flailed around everywhere.... even into my face. Uh yes-this is true. I got SMACKED in the face so hard by the side of his hand.... my nose was so swollen-no blood, and not broken-thank goodness. But I'm positive that I'll have a black eye or two in a couple of days. I've secretly always wanted to have a black eye, but the pain that comes with it is NO BUENO. Josh was there to help me and because he works Security on Temple Square, he has a pretty good base of medical training, so he helped me.... 10 minutes icing, and 10 minutes off. It was so cute. It could always be worse, so that's the positive. :)

This is my life up til now. HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY. and when I do get a black eye-no worries, there will be pictures. :)

Loving Fall

So, my life is REALLY good right now, and yes-I owe it ALL to the blessings from Heavenly Father. :) I got a job! This is ultimate relief number one. I work @ Pinnacle Security LLC. They are an alarm company and I work in the Licensing department. It's a REAL job-thanks to Rylie for giving me, probably the BEST reference in my life. It's a fun environment and Halloween was stellar! I'll be posting pictures, don't you worry.


I have really great friends, we did a bonfire @ our apartment complex, it was so much fun!!!


What else in my life? I love my ward. We have GREAT people, a wonderful Bishopric and we all just love eachother. We had FHE @ Cornbelly's this week. It was so much fun!

MY BIRTHDAY!!! I turned 23, can you believe that? I know it's not old, but um...sometimes I feel like it is. haha. I share my birthday with my dear friend Rachel. We served together @ Temple Square and are just great friends, so she came over and we had cake and ice cream! Love it!


Halloween? SO much fun. Our office was themed the Nightmare Before Christmas. OH my gosh it was SOOO much fun! Decorations were amazing. We won for first place in the offices! Then on friday night Josh, Blake, Mary, Stephanie and I went to my wards multi-ward Halloween party/dance. It was fun! Here's the picture. Stephanie was a fairy, I was a Kittie, Josh was "struck by lightning" AND he won the strangest costume award. Then there's Blake-he was a pretty legit Pirate and then Mary. She was a little China girl. It was so much fun. Really.


Guys? Well---there are a couple, at least up til this weekend there were a couple. One I was kissing-but not dating--uh--don't judge me too harshly please, I did like him. One that I REALLY like--and we held hands this weekend.... I'm going to be sticking with the second one. If you know me outside of this blog, then you'll know who these guys are.The funny thing is that they have the same name. HAHA. Oh and one might have been mentioned in the blog...or will be?

I went to the U game last night with Josh, we met Mary and Adi there. It was so much fun! The Ute's won-congrats to them. After that we went to Adi's and watched Young Frankenstein, funny movie. It was a great night--really great actually.

I'm happy. The Gospel is true, I'm grateful for it everyday. I LOVE my family. I miss them and I'm excited to visit home during Christmas time. Heavenly Father loves me, I know this because when we have righteous desires and are keeping the commandments, He follows through and gives us what we want/and what he sees that we need. These are the blessings I've seen in my life this week. Paying tithing and fast offering, that's what got me a job. I love the Savior, I love the scriptures. The CHURCH is true.
